Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the label printing industry, based in the Cape Winelands, for a results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong industry experience, a passion for building relationships, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Sales Executive will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and securing new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Post-matric qualification in sales, marketing, or related commercial field
- Strong commercial acumen
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the label printing / packaging industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
- Own transport required
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with strong presentation abilities
- Analytical and creative thinker with commercial insight
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Able to interpret market trends and data to identify growth opportunities
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and stress tolerance
- Influencing and leadership potential, with a drive for results
Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships and open opportunities in key markets
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Ensure internal processes and reporting standards are consistently followed
- Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their market and industry needs
- Deliver accurate weekly reporting on sales activities and pipelines
- Ensure smooth communication and information flow between the business and clients
