Job Description

Our prestige client, specializing in managing network connectivity for corporate clients with mobile workforces and telemetry needs, is urgently seeking a Sales / Solutions Consultant. They provide reliable, innovative solutions including user authentication, network policy authorization, and detailed usage reporting, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust support. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and clients, conducting needs assessments, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification (>= NQF 4)
  • Own transport required
  • Practical technical knowledge in SaaS, Networking and Cloud services (advantageous)
  • Sales professional certification (advantageous)
  • CRM software proficiency (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Reseller and client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and clients
  • Needs assessment and solution provision: Conducting thorough needs assessments and providing fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Sales and promotion: Promoting the clients services to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Sales pipeline management: Monitoring and optimising the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities
  • Lead management: Effectively managing and converting leads to drive sales growth
  • Sustainable sales growth management: Implementing strategies and training initiatives to achieve sustainable net sales growth
  • Maximising contractual benefits: Ensuring contracts deliver expected financial and strategic value by monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Partnering with all the clients departments for continued and sustainable customer success
  • Reseller training and development: Ensuring training programs are effective and lead to measurable improvements in reseller performance
