Videographer

Job Description

Stadio is seeking a Videographer to support creative services, design management, and asset creation. This role involves operating cameras, editing footage, and developing scripts to produce engaging visual content. You'll work closely with the design manager and internal clients, ensuring all visual documentation and collateral meet high standards.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary education qualification in videography
• Four years’ experience working as a videographer in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Knowledge of Motion graphics or animations (advantageous)
• Apple Mac and Windows literate
• Microsoft Suite proficient
• Knowledge of visual design techniques, tools, and principles
• Knowledge on formatting and exporting videos for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support Creative Services and assist with completion of briefs as directed by Design Manager
• Attend and photograph all events to ensure visual documentation
• Operate cameras to record video footage according to the script or creative direction
• Add effects, graphics, transitions, music, voiceovers, and colour grading to video footage
• Assist with generic STADIO collateral and assets
• Assist with multi-school collateral and assets
• Manage and archive raw footage and project files, maintaining organised folders
• Scout locations and assess lighting, sound, and logistical needs
• Stay up to date with new technology, trends, and techniques in videography
• Liaise effectively with STADIO internal clients and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper framing, composition, and visual storytelling
• Develop scripts when required
