Project Manager

Job Description

Bandit Signs, a vehicle branding and architectural film company, seeks a Project Manager to coordinate design and production teams, manage client relationships, optimise workflows, and ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in project management, ideally in creative, marketing, branding, signage, or production industries
• Degree or diploma in project management, communications, marketing, design, business, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability managing complex projects from start to finish
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource allocation
• Skills in process optimisation, workflow efficiency, lean thinking, and time management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate between creative, technical, and client languages
• Experience managing client expectations and relationships, negotiation, and feedback handling
• Competence in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
• Bonus: familiarity with design/branding/vehicle wrapping processes and software like Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Serve as communication bridge between clients, sales, and design/production teams
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to optimise workflow
• Maintain positive client relationships and handle client feedback
• Support and motivate design and production teams to maintain productivity
• Provide regular progress updates to general manager
• Maintain efficient multitasking under tight deadlines
